Ayşe Nur Özyörük Yıldırım serves as the Operations & CRM Manager at Vartur Real Estate. She holds a degree in Economics and has also completed a second degree in Cultural Heritage and Tourism, driven by her personal interests in the field.

She began her career as an intern at Vakıfbank and later advanced to the position of General Coordinator at a software company, gaining valuable experience in operational management. At Vartur, she is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing CRM processes, and ensuring the overall efficiency of internal workflows.

In addition, Ayşe Nur leads the Vartur Dubai call center team and works in close coordination with real estate consultants to maintain seamless communication and high-quality service for international clients. She also provides direct support to the company’s founder, Doğan Varlı, and plays an active role in the development and management of the company’s website. Furthermore, she contributes to the management of Vartur’s property portfolio, particularly in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions of Turkey.

With her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset, Ayşe Nur is a key and indispensable member of the Vartur team.

Outside of work, she is passionate about Turkish ceramic art, canoeing, fine dining, and ancient cultures. She continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and experiences in these areas.
