İlayda Süel

İlayda Süel was born in 1996 in Beşiktaş and holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting from Istanbul Aydın University. Leveraging her academic background in multilingual communication, she has built a strong career at the intersection of international sales, investment consultancy, and client relations.

She began her professional journey in translation, education, working as a freelance translator for international consulting firms and holding various roles in foreign sales. This diverse experience enabled her to develop a solid foundation in cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and client management.

Since 2020, İlayda has been an integral part of Vartur Real Estate, where she currently serves as a Sales Manager and plays a key role in the company’s sales leadership structure. She provides professional consultancy to investors across Istanbul, Dubai, and global markets, specializing in project presentations, investment analysis, portfolio management, and strategic client advisory.

In addition to her sales responsibilities, she actively contributes to the coordination of Vartur’s Istanbul operations, manages property listings and portfolio organization, and acts as a liaison between developers and international clients.
