About Larus Loft
Larus Loft Project is located in one of the most preferred districts of Istanbul by investors and high-class people; Gokturk, Eyup. The region is famous for its peaceful lifestyle and presents of nature combined with the culture of the urban landscape. The ground survey and ground reinforcement designed according to the latest earthquake regulations, the structural system of the building is designed as the reinforced concrete radial foundation, columns and curtains. The concrete is of C40 quality and the concrete steel quality is STIII (Ribbed Steel). The facades are covered with special cut natural stone. Also, Perlite Plaster applied on the whole facade, provides natural heat-water-sound-fire insulation with a breathing structure, Strafor is not used. Jotun brand external paint is used.

Coming to residents’ privacy and comfort; the project offers 100% sound insulation and privacy of each house. All exterior walls of the apartments and master bedrooms’ walls are insulated with high-level sound insulation materials, studio acoustic characteristics.



The architectural design of the project does not signify high-rise culture. Instead, it seems like residents’ traditional choices and convenient living is regarded as priority by the low-rise building sight. In this project, the combination of technological advancements with the natural landscape and urban touches is presented to its residents.

Larus Loft offers an environment of exceptionality.
