The Çubuklu Vadi project has distinguished features from other projects with its detached deck terraces as alternative gardens on a very sloping land, terrace roofs forming the view of the house behind as the 5th façade, modular materials that allow industrial production, interior and exterior areas that can be easily separated and integrated with sliding systems.
Contrary to the attitude of eclecticism that transfers form from the past, all modern movements are made in line with the view that architectural forms are formed according to the era and current conditions.
