About Marina24

Marina 24 emerged from the thought of discovering the closest "home" to life. The family lifestyle of the modern urban people was handled over 24 hours by an innovative architecture. The "house" was redesigned not only to be a shelter but to live in it. By being integrated with public spaces, "Home lifestyle" has been transformed into creative common space with different life experiences.

We have designed Marina24 on the basis of living experience at the coastal. We evaluated and considered the endless vast coastal and the pier as the strongest part of the project. We reached a visual linkage with the sea in almost the whole project; and we reinforced this linkage by considering a 3.5 metres ceiling height. We positioned the wellness centre which includes various activities at the most beautiful spot.

We designed the outdoor swimming pool as an endless pool. We added wide terraces and balconies which integrated with sea view; and also added a fireplace terrace and the zen garden to the core of the project. We made this project as a centre for coastal life by locating those gourmet restaurants and cafes at the ground floor. Finally, Marina24 became a project that reflects the calmness of the sea and the vitality of the coast.
