Our villa is located in Üzümlü, one of the most popular areas of Fethiye. All materials were used in our construction as first class.

The permit has been obtained and the pool has been built in accordance with the project.

The land is 790 square meters, the net usage area of ​​the house is 210 square meters and there is a large terrace area. Since there is only one house built on the land, there is also a very large garden area (an outbuilding can be built on the parking lot side if desired). In addition, the pool is 4x9 = 36 square meters.

In terms of location, the view will not be blocked as there is a forest on the right side and a difference in elevation in the front.

Yeşilüzümlü is located 16 kilometers from Fethiye district center, 158 kilometers from the city center, and approximately 60 kilometers from Dalaman Airport.
