Istanbul Palaces were reinterpreted with a special landscape approach and modern architecture, inspired by the Istanbul palaces and surrounding districts that dominated the city for centuries. Çırağan, Yıldız, Dolmabahçe in the south; Neighbourhoods such as Fethipaşa and Sultantepe Groves, Kuzguncuk and Paşalimanı in the north, where the most important palaces, pavilions and mansions of Istanbul are located, were a source of inspiration for Istanbul Palaces.

Istanbul Palaces was built in Halkalı/Küçükçekmece, the new favourite residential area of ​​the European side of Istanbul, on a land area of ​​124,201 square metres, adjacent to Bosphorus City.
