Oğuzhan Servet Torcu was born in 1993 in Bakırköy, Istanbul. Growing up in a family of contractors, he developed an early interest in the construction industry. While studying Interior Architecture at Beykent University, he refined his creative vision and gained the ability to assess projects both aesthetically and strategically, thanks to his analytical thinking skills and interest in the social sciences.

Torcu began his career in the luxury real estate sector, and with over 9 years of experience, he has specialized in the sales and marketing of high-budget residential projects such as Sea Pearl Ataköy, Büyükyalı, Yedi Mavi, Blue Lake, and Ataşehir Modern. His client-focused approach, strong communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects have positioned him as a prominent professional in the industry.
