Şerif Nadi Varlı graduated (2010) from Middle East Technical University (METU) and the State University of New York, Binghamton University, in business administration. Since high school, Şerif has been modeling his business practices after those of his father and brothers, whose knowledge and experience in real estate and trading enriched his own studies in management at universities in Turkey and New York.

Şerif has been the leader of Vartur Real Estate's Istanbul Branch since 2014, Dubai Branch since 2022 managing developer sales offices, consulting for marketing to construction companies, and advising hundreds of foreign investors in Turkey & Dubai.
